About this location
East Point is a coastal reserve on Darwin Harbour, combining monsoon woodland, open parkland, rocky shoreline and extensive mangrove habitat. Its position on the harbour creates a particularly varied birding landscape, with terrestrial species in the woodland and parkland alongside shorebirds, waterbirds and mangrove specialists around the coast.
