A large region in north-eastern Victoria, from the Victorian Alps to the Goulburn Valley and Murray River, it includes two of my favourite birding locations in the state: Warby-Ovens National Park near Wangaratta and Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park surrounding Chiltern.
